How to place an advert

Ordering is easy, either call into our office to discuss your ideas, Unit 27 Gosport Busines Centre, Aerodrome Road, Gosport, during offlice hours (Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm) or give us a call on 01329 848628 and book an appointment for us to come and see you. Alternately you can email your order to us on; sales@the-solentpromoter.co.uk or fax your order to 01329 848629.

Please note The Solent Promoter limits the size of our publication to give maximum exposure for all advertising, so we operate a first come first serve basis. We are pleased to announced that The Solent Promoter now offers our customer Full Colour Adverts sizes range from 1/8 to page adverts. Also we offer two colour (blue and red) and single colour page (blue) which is rotated every month.

All advertisers have a free entry into The Solent Promoter online interactive magazine on The Solent Promoter website which comes out monthly and keeps back issues for viewers to reference back to.

Information

Artwork: Basic artwork is created free, based to your requirements. If you have camera ready artwork that you wish to use, please ensure it fits within the adverts size.

Artwork Specifications:  File types that we can accept; Adobe Pagemaker 7, Adobe illustarator 10, Adobe Photoshop 6, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Corel Draw.

Formats: PDF (Portable Document format), EPS (Encapsulated Postscript), Jpegs/ Tiffs.

Artwork Preparation: A 10mm surrounding border is required on all artwork for prinitng purpose. Files can be provided on floppy disc, Zip Disc, or CD. Alternatively artwork can be emailed to
nadine@speedy-print.co.uk

Proofs: Before your advert is insterted into the Solent Promoter a proof must be seen. This ensures that any errors are rectified before the Solent Promoter is sent to press.
